New Iberia, LA - A home-going celebration of life for Mr. Reginald Boseman 86 will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Fletcher Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Wright, Jr. officiating.
A visitation will be held at Fletcher Funeral Home on Saturday, June 28, 2025, beginning at 8:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
Interment will be private.
Reginald Boseman was a native of New Iberia, LA and a resident of Augusta, GA. He departed this Earthly life on Monday, June 16, 2025, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
Reginald was a supervisor for Amtrack Railroad and retired with over 40 years of service. He traveled across the country as far west as California, moving on to the Northeast and settled in Hartford, Connecticut, and finally to Augusta, GA.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Nellie (Sue) Boseman; one son, Reginald Boseman, Jr. (Verald) of Beaumont, TX; three daughters, Robbin Boseman Douglas (Larry) and Beverly (Roxie) Roberts of Beaumont, TX, and Mary (Mac) Valsin (Russell) of New Iberia, LA; 8 grandchildren,7 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew J. Boseman, Sr., and Zenobia Barnes Boseman; two brothers, Matthew "Jimmy" Boseman, Jr., and Cornell Barnes.
