Reginald "Reggie" Edwards, 61, passed away suddenly on July 29, 2025 at his home in Huntsville, Alabama. Born November 24, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois, Reggie was a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He loved sports and his family and was always thinking about the next family vacation together. Reggie graduated Kilmichael High School in Kilmichael, Mississippi, in 1982. He proudly served in the United States Army from July 13, 1982 until April 4, 1989.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Edwards, sons, Derrick Edwards and Darryl (Tracey) Edwards, grandchildren, Kamryn, Kaiya, and Raelynn Edwards, sisters, Debra Holmes, Brenda Holmes, and Valerie Renee Edwards, nieces, Venus Taylor (Cecilia Ramos and AJ Taylor) and Angel Holmes, nephews, Lawrence Edwards Jr., Teverris Brown, Cedric Holmes, Antwion Holmes, David Pate (DJ Pate), and Vince Edwards (Kyneddi, Kaliani, and Vince Edwards Jr.), and cousins, Sherman Tillmon, Eric Tillmon, Donna Evans, Gwendolyn Williams, and Tony Williams.

He is preceded in death by his mother Willie Clyde Schubert, grandmother, Susie May Curtis, brother Lawrence Holmes, aunts, Suzanna Watson and Mary Williams, and niece Lagenna Edwards. No service will be held at this time.
