Rena Lanham Obituary
Born May 6, 1938, in Cumberland, MD, Mrs. Lanham was the daughter of the late James Earl Collins and Hazel (Haines) Collins. She was also preceded in death by her husband: Charles Robert Lanham, Sr.; her daughter: Jeanie Lynn Walters; a son-in-law: Alan Jeffrey Walters; and several brothers and sisters.
Rena received her GED from Allegany High School. She retired from the Board of Education as a cafeteria employee. She also taught yoga at Venus. Rena loved to square dance, read, play the slots, and gaze up into the night sky at the stars.
Rena is survived by her son: Charles "Sonny" R. Lanham, Jr. and wife, Wendy Lee Lanham, Berkeley Springs, WV; and a granddaughter in Colorado.
A graveside service will be conducted at Restlawn Memorial Gardens on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 11:00 A.M.
