Webster - Renee Stone (Morin), age 46, a beloved mother, companion, daughter, and sister, passed away on November 2, 2023, in Webster, following a period of declining health.
Born on August 19, 1977, Renee was a beacon of love, kindness, and generosity to all who knew her. Renee was an adoring mother to her children, Brianna Stone and Cameron Decarteret, all of Webster. She shared her life with her longtime companion, Brad Decarteret. She was also a cherished daughter to Ginger Cummings of Ayer, and a beloved sister to her brothers Jarrod Morin and his wife Melissa of Barre, and Nicholas Morin and his wife Nerissa of Rosamond, CA. Renee was a loving stepmother to Jacob Decarteret and his wife Savanah, Cody Decarteret, and Austin Decarteret.
She was predeceased by her father, Bruce Morin, and her maternal grandparents, Dan and Frances Cummings, as well as Joseph and Dorothy Morin.
Renee was a dedicated employee at Walmart in Sturbridge, where she worked for many years. Her coworkers will remember her for her hard work, dedication, and the gift of gab that made her a favorite among both colleagues and customers.
Renee's love for her family was unparalleled, and she always put her children first. Her kind and generous spirit was evident in everything she did, from the way she'd give you the shirt off her back to the loving care she showed her grand kitties, Beanie and Mews, and her guinea pigs, Yogi and Pee Wee. She was always thinking of others, even in her own time of need.
Her heart of gold was matched only by her love for family traditions, such as Sunday dinners and family cruises. These moments were a testament to Renee's love for her family and her joy in spending quality time with them. She had a knack for making everyone around her feel loved and cherished, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Renee's memory will be carried forward by her many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Her love, kindness, and generosity were infectious, and she left a lasting impact on everyone she met. In the words of those who knew her best, Renee was loving, kind, and generous.
She had a heart of gold and an unyielding love for her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and in the countless lives she touched throughout her life.
