Retha Ann (Baldwin) Gregory, 74, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2024. She was born in Adairsville, Georgia, on April 11, 1951, to the late Bob and Sarah Baldwin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward Baldwin, Howard Baldwin, Junior Baldwin, and Buck Baldwin; sisters and brother-in-law, Hazel and Vernon Timms, Jackie Cowart; and brother-in-law, Jim Thurman.
Retha is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Steve Gregory; sons and daughters-in-law, Dewayne Gregory and Sean Paeth, Jamie and Crystal Gregory; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Darrin Hudgins; brother and sister-in-law, Leroy and Charlene Baldwin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jo and Chris Kissleburg, Lois and Gary Wooten, and Margaret Thurman; brother-in-law, Houghlon Cowart; grandchildren, Tiffani Stone, Marina Miles, Matthew Zeigler, Kayla Hudgins, Barbie Bowdin, and Kristen Patton; great-grandchildren, Kyran, Collin, Octavia, Benji, Isaih, and Sammy Stone, Liyla and Able Hollingsworth, Asher Stanley, Kaydee Mann, and Beckham Bowden. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Ray officiating. Burial will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are David Slaughter, Terry Holland, Michael Baldwin, Anthony Gregory, Courtney Taylor, and Jason Taylor.
