Rex "Dale" Lantzer

Rex "Dale" Lantzer, 92, of Kalkaska, passed away peacefully on May 14th, 2025. Dale was born on January 4th, 1933, in Kalkaska County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and a variety of sports, and especially family BBQs. He was a devoted family man, and a lifelong member of the Kalkaska Church of Christ. He will be greatly missed by many. Dale is survived by two sons; Jon and Dave; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters; Melba (Golden) and Norma (North). Dale was preceded in death by his wife Jeanne, daughter Linda (Harden) and a brother Bruce. A memorial service will take place Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Kalkaska Church of Christ. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of service. Donations may be made out to Kalkaska Church of Christ. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kalkaska Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
