Rhiannon Michelle Roark is celebrating with her Lord & Savior in His heaven as of September 22, 2024. She spent the last days of her 46 years at her home in Midlothian. Her loving husband Dave and adoring sons, Hudson & Taylor & daughter Hannah were with her.
Rhiannon was a native Texan. She lived in South Texas, Laurel Mississippi, Kingwood, Tyler, Midland, Dallas and Midlothian. Following her graduation from Midland Christian School in Midland, Texas she graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Rhiannon went to work at SMU in the Human Resources Department where she was loved and cherished by all who knew her. After 18 years & multiple promotions (Thanks Boss Lady) to Director of Benefits, Compensation & Records, she decided to leave SMU to home school Hudson and start her own business.
Rhiannon’s greatest joys were spending time with her family, entertaining, swimming in her pool, traveling, and she particularly enjoyed spending time at the beach with family.
In addition to husband Dave, children Taylor, Hannah (Brenan), and Hudson, Rhiannon is survived by her parents, Janet & George Patton & her two sisters, Leah Duran (Michael) & Melissa Smith (Derek).
Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday evening, September 26, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon, September 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home Chapel.
