Rhonda was born May 2, 1958 in Fredericktown, Missouri, the daughter of Freida Houser.
Rhonda especially loved her dog, Crowley, fishing, gardening, and being outside.
Rhonda was a Christian and loved Jesus.
Rhonda is survived by her children, Glen (Heather) Wagganer, Rosa Shoemaker, and Lucas (Margeaux) Wagganer; Grandchildren, Shane (Emily) Burns, Ardel Grider, Sandra (Stuart) Lowder, Whitney Wagganer, Zachary Wagganer, Brian Wagganer, James (Jenifer) Shoemaker, Sydney (Dawson) Day, Ezekiel (Rachael) Wagganer, Brody Thurman, Justin Shoemaker, Elijah Wagganer; along with a multitude of great-grandchildren.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her mother, Freida Houser, and her son-in-law, Johnny Shoemaker.
There will be a private memorial held at a later date.
Memorial donations in Rhonda's memory may be directed to American Cancer Society.
