She leaves behind her husband of 34 years, Mark Alan Carpenter; her son, Graham Davis and wife, Kymberlyn; and Rhonda's precious granddaughter, Lillian Raeann; and stepsons: Josh and Mikey.
Rhonda was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 8, 1960 into a long line of storytellers. She listened to her grandmothers tell stories of the women in her family. She found she was a storyteller as well, and wrote her novel, The Mark of a Druid.
Rhonda and Mark moved from Lake Arrowhead, California to Wilburton, Oklahoma in 2010. It was then she found her pioneer woman heritage, craving to work the land, and growing and preserving food. Her garden was expansive and her summer and fall hours were spent prepping, canning everything and chasing after her chickens. Her kitchen was always busy.
Rhonda's family and long list of friends will miss her, dearly.
