I remember Dick fondly from our days working together in the Licensing and Environmental group at NYSEG - back in the day when we could share jokes and stories without fear of losing our jobs because we were a little politically incorrect. Those were really the good old days and Dick was a fun part of them with his talent for drawing, all the while being 100% reliable to get the job done right. Good memories.
