We were very saddened to hear of Dick's passing. We first met him in Beaumont, Tx with the Red Cross for Hurrican Rita. We were all surprised to meet someone from the neighborhood in Texas. Dick was a dedicated and effective volunteer. In addition to his wonderful spirit, he became an expert at damage assessment and contributed on many disaster relief missions. He will be missed by all.
