Richard F. Bianchi, 81, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on December 30, 1943, Richard was the son of Romeo and Mildred (Hyson) Bianchi. He proudly served his country in the United States Army at Fort Hood, Texas, from 1964 through 1966, where he achieved recognition as an expert rifle sharpshooter.

Richard was predeceased by his parents, Romeo and Mildred, and his sister Gail Bianchi. He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Phyllis Bianchi, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and unwavering companionship. Together they built a strong and close-knit family, creating countless memories that will be treasured forever.

He also leaves behind his children, Tammy and her husband Scott, Richard and his wife Sarah, Gail and her husband Steve, and Angela; his cherished grandchildren, Zachary, Brittany, Carissa, Ethan, Alana, Sydney, Kiernan, Kollin, Jace, and Kaylin; and his great-grandchildren, Bella, Dominik, Melania, Regan, Jovin, Olivia, Gianna, and Vivian. He will be deeply missed as well by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Richard will be remembered as a proud veteran, a man of quiet strength, and above all, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose greatest joy came from his family.

A service with military honors will be held on 11:00 AM. Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
