Richard Cabuski Obituary
Richard "Rick" Joseph Cabuski, Jr., 66, of Largo, Florida, passed away on January 7, 2026, following a battle with cancer.
Born on August 25, 1959, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Richard was the son of the late Richard Joseph Cabuski, Sr. and Delores (Wischner) Cabuski. A graduate of Liberty High School, he spent his early years in Pennsylvania before relocating to Florida 18 years ago, where he made his home and built a life centered on service to others.
Richard was known as a caring and thoughtful person who connected easily with people. He worked for many years as a travel agent and later as a bartender-both roles well suited to his warm personality and genuine interest in others.
He is survived by his brother, Randy Cabuski, and his wife Heike; his sister, Gail Kravatz, and her husband David; his niece, Stephanie Bell; and uncles, Carl Wischner and wife, Pat and Bob Wischner and wife, Joanne.
The family will receive guests at Connell Funeral Home, 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18018, on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 10-11 with a ceremony to immediately follow in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
