Richard J. Chobot Jr.

Richard J. "Dick" Chobot, Jr., age 82, of Collier Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Sandra (Coakley) Chobot. Loving father of Kelly (Tim), Sally, Patti and Lisa (Randy); brother of David Chobot; cherished grandfather of Daniel, David (Jodi),Derek Falcioni, and Patrick Lynch, Jr.; great-grandfather of Mills and Navy Falcioni. Dick was an avid hunter, golfer, and fisherman. He was a true sportsman and enjoyed spending time outdoors with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends, but is now reunited with his beloved wife and best friend, Sandy. Relatives and friends received Monday, July 1, 2024, from 2-7 PM at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Avenue, Crafton. Funeral prayer Tuesday 9AM at the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in The Parish of St. Raphael the Archangel, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 330 3rd Avenue, Carnegie, PA 15106. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery, Moon Township.
