Richard V. "Dick" Conger, 92, of Massillon, passed away peacefully after a 3-month illness on July 22, 2025. He was born on June 16, 1933 to the late Rollin and Mary Conger.
In addition to his parents and sisters Donna and Arlene, Dick was preceded in death by his son Mark and daughter Rhonda.
Dick is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis; son, Darren (Helen) Conger; granddaughter Katie Conger.
Dick was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and retired from Republic Steel.
