Richard Ancel Downs, age 86, of Shelby Township, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026.
Visitation for Richard will be held on Sunday, February 1, from 2:30 - 8:00 p.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Directors, 8459 Hall Rd., Utica. All are invited to join the Rosary at 2:00 p.m., just prior to the visitation. The Funeral Mass for Rich will be celebrated on Monday, February 2, at 11:00 a.m. (in-state at 10:30) at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood Ave., Rochester. Interment will follow at Christian Memorial Gardens West in Rochester Hills.
