NORTH RICHLAND HILLS - Richard "Rick" Flores, 62, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025.
Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 N. Sylvania Ave., Fort Worth, Texas, 76111.
Rick was born on September 11, 1962, in Anson Texas, to parents, Tony H. Flores and Lena (Helen) Flores. He went to school at Diamond Hill Jarvis High where he played football and baseball. Rick and his brothers had been playing sports since they were very young. He worked various jobs from carpentry to a cook at many different pizzerias. He was very talented in art, sports and cooking. Rick lived life the way he wanted until the very end and that made him happy. He loved his son, Chris, and his family very much.
Rick will be missed by his family and friends.
Rest in Peace until we meet again.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lena (Helen) Flores; grandparents, Jessie and Josephine Acosta; grandparents, Mike and Anita Flores; and nephew, Justin Temple.
Rick leaves behind his father, Tony H. Flores; son, Chris Flores; brothers, Mike Flores, Jamie Flores and wife, Sonya, and Tony Flores, Jr. and wife, Diana; sisters, Joanne Temple and husband, Rusty, Susie Gomez and husband, Steven, and Sara Pike; and numerous nieces and nephews.
