Richard Floyd Obituary
Richard enjoyed fishing and crunching numbers.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sherry (Mears) Floyd; and his brothers, David and Bill Floyd.
He is survived by his sister, Carol Sue Lanham (George); his sisters-in-law, Ann Floyd, Glenda Floyd, and Judy Mears; and many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Private burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be one hour before service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation at www.garysinisefoundation.org.
