Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on August 9, 2023, at Olson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls. The service will take place at 10:30 a.m. on August 10, 2023, at Faith Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls. Interment will follow at Trinity-Faith Cemetery in Fergus Falls.
Richard attended school in Rural School District 92.
He worked for a commercial fishing company in southern Minnesota.
