Mr. Heintzelman is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Cody and Mahayla Heintzelman of Andalusia, Richard Samuel Heintzelman of Andalusia; his daughters and son-in-law, Lillian and Tyler Potter of Andalusia, Maggie Heintzelman of Andalusia, Ella Rose Heintzelman of Andalusia, and Esther Jayne Heintzelman of Andalusia; his daughter-in-law, Hollye Heintzelman of Huntsville, Al; his step-sons, Chris (Teresa) Fanning of Huntsville, Al, Wesley (Amber) Fanning of Brewton, Al; 13 grandchildren; his sister, Susan Heintzelman-Gullette of Garland, Texas; his step-mom, Susan Heintzelman of Texas; mother of his children, Kathleen Burditt of Andalusia; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Heintzelman was preceded in death by his father, Edward Myrl Heintzelman and his mother, Martha Post Condish; his son, Chase Alexander Heintzelman; his grandsons, Levi and Noah Heintzelman; and his sister, Linda Frazier.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
