Richard Hopper Obituary
Richard graduated from Grove High School in 1960. He had a diverse career, working at Walmart in maintenance, as a clerk in a grocery store, and as a limo driver at a casino. His work life was marked by a dedication to service and helping others.
A man of many interests, Richard was known for his love of music, particularly playing guitar and singing. This passion brought joy not only to him but also to those who had the pleasure of listening.
Richard had formerly attended Hickory Grove Church, where he found a community of faith that supported him throughout his life.
He is survived by his brother, Larry 'Joe' Hopper of Whitesboro, TX and niece, Rose Marie Hopper of Sherman, TX and several nephews and nieces in the area. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and six brothers, and one sister.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at Hickory Grove Church at a later date.
Nichols-Stephens Funeral & Cremation Services in Grove, OK, is assisting the family during this time.
