Age 77, of Bethel Park, formerly of Baldwin, peacefully passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, with his daughters by his side. He is survived by his significant other, Loretta Coffer; his daughter, Alicia (Steven) Meyers and Beth (Dennis) Harsh; his grandchildren, Jimmy Meyers, David (Shannon) Harsh, Sarah Harsh, and Matthew Harsh; his siblings, Robert (Annie) Immekus and Raymond (Bonnie) Immekus. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Ellen Immekus. He is also survived by his beloved grand dogs and grand cats. Richard's service in the United States Air Force was always very important to him. He was a proud welder and Iron Worker with Local #3 for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing bocce, duck pin bowling, and ten pin bowling. He also enjoyed being an Oldies DJ, on the weekends at the Carrick Eagles FOE 1520. He will be remembered for his hard work ethic, being a proud veteran, and most of all love of family, especially his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUER- CONNELL. Friends and Family are welcome at 5120 W. Library Ave. Bethel Park, 412-835-7940 on Monday, January 27, 2025 9AM until time of blessing service at 12PM. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org, ASPCA, www.ASPCA.org or any veteran's organization.
