On January 29, 2026, Richard Anthony Jackowsky passed away peacefully. Richard was born in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. He attended the Milton Hershey School where he played basketball, baseball and football. He then attended Hershey Junior College where he played basketball. After serving in the Army for three years, Richard graduated from Penn State University with a B.S in Finance and majored in Accounting.

Richard worked for Deloitte & Touche for 35 years and was an Audit Partner with the firm. He was highly respected by his colleagues and had extensive experience and expertise in SEC consulting for clients in periodical and book publishing, printing, retailing, heavy manufacturing, government and educational services.

Richard loved spending time with his wife Donna at home and at their summer home in Cape Cod. He loved coaching his son Kevin in baseball and basketball and taking him to sporting events. In his later years, Richard enjoyed spending weekends at the Amish Market. His greatest joy was being a grandparent and he loved watching his grandson Max play sports and his granddaughter Ava dance.

He is remembered for his love and devotion to his family, reading, watching Penn State football and working in his yard.

Beloved husband of Donna Jackowsky. Devoted father of Kevin Jackowsky and his wife Maria. Loving grandfather ('Grampy") of Max and Ava.
