I met Richard when he came to work at Amphenol Aerospace and he was a man of immediate impact. His superpower was his ability to connect with people and make them feel seen. His success at work was undeniable but soon our business relationship expanded into friendship. We worked together for nearly 30 years and spent countless business trips and dinners together. He was at my kids' graduations and weddings. We spent time together in Florida and we could always count on Richard for a great meal in NYC--even though he still loved his simple Nathan's hot dog. Richard lived a full and successful life and there is no better legacy of the way he lived that to look at the relationships he built.

Rest in peace, Richard. Thank you for the great memories: visits to New York and Long Beach, Hello Dolly on Broadway, winery trips, pot luck events, and great conversation. I look forward to seeing you again on the other side. Steve

I worked for Richard during my tenure with Amphenol. He was a very understanding manager and was very helpful to me during our time together and I appreciated all that he suggested. I am very sorry that he left us so soon. My sincere condolences to his family at this time.
