Richard Joubert Obituary
Richard is survived by his longtime companion LeeAnn Welch, sons Richard Joubert (Mae) and Robert Joubert (Melissa), grandchildren Andrew, Kimberly, Jacob, and Dylan, sisters Mary Lucarelli, Doris Stuhr, and Joyce Joubert, and several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held and Richard will be laid to rest with military honors at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Richard may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I'm so sorry to hear of Uncle Dicky's passing. Every time I saw him, he always had jokes to make me laugh. He was a good man with a good heart. I remember in 4th grade I had a science project, he was quick to help me make a model using a pulley system. Love ya Uncle Dicky. God welcomed home a wonderful man.
