Richard was born on December 28, 1997 and passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015. Richard was a resident of North East, Maryland at the time of his passing. Funeral service will be held Tuesday January 5 2016 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home P.A. 127 South Main Street North East MD where the family will receive guests from 9:30 am until service time. Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery North East MD.
