Ray was born in Gosport, Indiana on Thursday, June 24, 1948. He was the son of Harry and Iva Jane (McKown) Kincaid.
He was always cheerfully friendly and walked everywhere. He had been employed at the Kennedy Home and Walmart. Ray faithfully attended New Life Christian Church.
Ray is survived by his sister, Fay Arthur; special friend, Brenda Dove; caregivers and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles and Mary Ann Davis; as well as other relatives and friends.
Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth "Liz" (Davis) Kincaid, whom he married September 18, 1989 and she passed away on February 19, 2008; as well as his parents, Harry and Iva; siblings, Doris May Bush, William "Bill" Kincaid, Betty Babbs, and James "Jim" Kincaid.
Graveside Services will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2025 at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery with a celebration of life at a later date at New Life Christian Church in Paragon.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to New Life Christian Church, 2450 South Guy Road, Paragon, IN 46166.
