Edwin Ray "Ed" Singer, 71, Martinsville, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Indiana University Health Bloomington.

He was born on Sunday, October 3, 1954 in Somerset, Pennsylvania, to the late Ray and Harriet (Nace) Singer.

Ed was a 1973 graduate of Martinsville High School. He went to work at 7-Up as a delivery person and later was a supervisor. He then went to work for Delco Foods as a delivery person and retired from there in 2020.

Ed was a member of Baptist Tabernacle in Martinsville. He enjoyed his classic antique car and going to the area car shows. Golf was another activity that Ed enjoyed and the one that he enjoyed most of all was his grandchildren.

Survivors are his wife, Vickie L. (McKee) Singer, whom he married on April 19, 1975; sons, Eric Singer (Ashley) and Douglas Singer (Tiffany) both of Martinsville; sisters, Carolyn Baronowski (Bob) of Springfield, Massachusetts and Kathy Ruble (Dennis) of Greensburg; grandchildren, Elijah Singer, Jack Singer, Mason Singer and Ellie Singer; great grandson, Easton Singer.

In keeping with Ed's wishes, he will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
