She was born Thursday, July 15, 1965 to the late Carl Stamps and Linda (Rairdon) Libbey in Bloomington.
Kim was a 1983 graduate of Martinsville High School and took care of her family as a homemaker. She loved going to the beach and being in the pool whenever she could. Kim was a dedicated mom and mamaw and she was very involved with her grandkids. They were her pride and joy.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Allen Fowler who she married November 1, 1986; children, Casey Fowler, Joseph Fowler (Julie), Zachary Fowler; sister, Jennifer Stewart (Brad); mother-in-law, Shirley Cox; grandchildren, Raelynn, Evelyn, and one on the way!
Preceding her in death are her parents, Carl and Linda; brother, Kevin Stamps.
A Graveside service for Kim will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at New South Park Cemetery.
