Richard J. LeBoeuf was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey to the late Edward and Antoinette LeBoeuf. He departed this life on Monday, November 22, 2021 in Galloway, New Jersey. Richard lived in Elizabeth, New Jersey and would later settle in Hillside, New Jersey where he raised his family.
Richard proudly served in United States Airforce as an aircraft mechanic. Upon completion of this service, he had an extensive career with the United States Postal Service before retiring to Egg Harbor City.
Richard was a devoted family man with a huge heart and a love of laughter. He had a great love for music and learning. Richard loved the Lord and worshipped Him in his own way. His on-going mobility battles showed his courage in facing challenges with a smile. Despite his obstacles, Richard was a hero, and because of his strong faith and resolve, he always managed to look on the bright side.
Richard will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 37 years, Sandy; his children Eric (Nicole), Dana (Javiel), and Mark (Jennifer); his siblings John, Eddie, Kenny, David, Sandy and Rosanne and their spouses; his grandchildren Tyler, Matthew, Mia, Annabel, Jacob, Zoe, Leila and one bundle of joy on the way, his fur baby Abby and other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held at Dooley Colonial Home on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 4 pm – 8 pm.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
A part of us went with you, the day God took you home.
If tears could build a stairway, and heartaches make a lane,
we would walk our way to heaven and bring you back again.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still,
in our hearts you hold a place no one could ever fill.
