Richard "Dick" Millspaugh, 85, was received into Heaven to join his daughter Cassia on April 8th, 2025 surrounded by his family's love.

Born on September 10, 1939 in Wichita, KS, Richard lived many lives with many stories to tell. From being a young mischievous Millspaugh growing into an entrepreneur with many careers, there was always his love and service to his country present. He retired as government service, starting with his time in the US Army, then is several stints at the US Postal Service, and finally retiring after 30 years with the Hospital of Veterans Affairs.

Richard's life experiences and vast knowledge always made great conversation, from philosophical, historical or political discussion to hilarious and sometimes unbelievable stories from his full life. Through it all, his love for his country and humanity as a whole was greatly evident. Richard loved his family deeply and was always the calm and wise presence they needed.

Preceded in death by his parents, William "Ty" and Alice Millspaugh, six siblings, and his youngest child, daughter Cassia Millspaugh. Survived by his greatest love, wife Cheryl Millspaugh, sons Shelley (Cassie) Millspaugh and Zoe Millspaugh, daughter Willow (Jaron) Barrett, and grandchildren Vincent Millspaugh, Eva and Arya Barrett.
