Richard Morrell Obituary
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Vera Cemetery with Benny Archer officiating under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.
Richard was born April 19, 1948 in Albuquerque, NM to George and Mittie Morrell. He attended school in Lubbock and was a Vietnam War veteran of the US Navy. Richard married Judy Fuller on February 22, 1966 in Lubbock. She preceded him in death on February 4, 2020. Richard worked as a truck driver most of his life.
He is survived by 2 sons, Tobie and Kristi Morrell of Seymour and Detreck and Amanda Morrell of Plano; 2 grandchidren, Rawlin Morrell and Cassie and Ryan Stark; and 2 sisters, Pat McKowen of Lubbock and Lois Rodriquez of Brownwood.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Vera Cemetery Association.
