Richard Nadolski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Grace Memorial Life Celebration Center - Kimball Township on Dec. 9, 2025.
Richard Phillip Nadolski, age 62, of Kimball, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 7, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born on February 11, 1963, in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of the late Richard John Nadolski, mother, Kathleen Ritchie-Martyniak, and step-father, Len Martyniak. Richard's life was a testament to the enduring power of love and family, and his legacy will be felt for generations to come.
On June 5, 1982, Richard married his soulmate, Kathy, and together they built a life filled with laughter and love.
Rick's hands were rarely clean, always tinkering with cars or crafting something in his garage. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was hunting, fishing, or just being outside, embracing nature. Rick's love for the outdoors was only matched by his love for his family, and he often combined these passions, taking his loved ones on adventures through the states and up north to the cabin. Rick cherished every moment spent playing and laughing with his grandchildren. He and Kathy for 31 years were wedding DJ's at many family and friends weddings. Rick loved playing corn hole with his family and friends and his Partio-Pad was the scene of countless gatherings and cherished memories.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years, Kathy; children, Phillip (Erin Stewart) Nadolski, Amanda (Jason) Teichow, Bryan (Alexis) Nadolski, and Charity (Darrin) Schmalzel; grandchildren, Gabriel, Leah, Ben, Leo, Beau, and Silas; great-grandson, Michael; siblings, Joseph (Julie), Steve (Cindy), Mary Kay (Doug), Mark (Melissa), Jim (Robin), and Michael; step-sisters, Lynne (Pete) Vossler and Renee (Greg) Martyniak; mother-in-law, Leatha Liederman; brothers-in-law, Charles (Kim), Kurt (Kristy), and Keith (Elizabeth); along with many nieces and nephews.
Richard Phillip Nadolski lived a life full of passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to his family. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit lives on in the hearts of those he loved. Always remember, you get what you give.
A celebration of Rick's life will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Grace Memorial Life Celebration Center, 4521 Ravenswood Road, Kimball, MI 48074. A sharing of memories will begin at 3:00 p.m.
