Richard (Ricky) Neal was born in Rochester, NY where he worked until retirement. He moved and lived several years in Binghamton, NY where he enjoyed his favorite hobby of fishing. Ricky had a great personality and was loved by all.
Ricky is preceded in death by his mother; Lillie Ruth Finn (Neal) Robinson, Father, Lomack Neal Sr; Grandparents, Deacon Green and Mother Christine Finn; and Sister Betty Neal. He leaves to cherish his memory his significant other, Patricia McIntyre; children, Rondell, Byron, Rickey Jr, Rochelle, Shawn, Diamond, Leroy, Peaches, Monique, and Roland; Brother, Lomack (Diane) Neal; Aunt, Corean Finn and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
