It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Aaron Neal, who left us too soon on September 22, 2025, at the age of 33. Aaron was a dedicated student at the University of Minnesota, where he studied computer science. Aaron was cherished for his fun sense of humor, warmth and genuine kindness. Born and raised in Connecticut, Aaron loved time with friends, nature camps, computers and baseball. During his high school years, he enjoyed playing hockey, and later embracing freestyle skiing and mountain biking. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in fishing in Minnesota's lakes and rivers. Aaron also spent a year in Costa Rica, a country he grew to love deeply.
Aaron adored his family, his girlfriend, April, and his cat, Beans, who was always by his side. His spirit of adventure touched everyone he met. Aaron was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend who brightened every room with laughter. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of many.
