I served with "Doc" on the USS Benham DD796 Destroyer. We had many good times and visited many interesting places. The photo is of Doc with Dick Knight and Ted Chaney on liberty in Greece. Ted and I were both privileged to continue our friendship with him in the Benham reunion association, where Doc was a Past President, and where he participated in our recent reunion in Cleveland this September.
