Richard Sean Orders, beloved son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 48 in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Born on April 24, 1975, in Columbus, Richard was a passionate individual who lived life to the fullest.
His passing leaves a void in the lives of many. Richard is survived by his children Richard Sean Orders Jr. and Kayley Nicole Orders; his brother Kevin Orders; his sister Brooke Nickell (Russell); his grandchildren Brayden Orders; nieces and nephews Haley Orders, Konner Orders, Hope Orders, Kelsey Saloum, Amberly Caulley, Maranda Nickell, Briley Nickell, and Raven Nickell; as well as childhood friends Josh Wayt, Will Davis, and Joey Fisher.
He is preceded in death by his parents Richard Elvin Orders and Janine Lynn Orders. As well as childhood best friend Jay Wayt.
Richard had a diverse career, working as a mechanic and in the business of fencing. He took great pride in his craftsmanship. Outside of work, Richard had a deep love for the outdoors. He found solace in skateboarding, fishing, and hunting. His adventurous spirit led him to explore the world's wonders.
Richard Sean Orders will be dearly missed but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace, forever remembered for the light he brought into the world.
