Richard Palmi Obituary
Richard (Rick) Walter Palmi, was born on March 3, 1953, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and passed away on April 11, 2025. Richard was the owner of Rick Palmi Excavating since 1976.
Rick was a loving husband to his wife, Cynthia Palmi, whom he married on May 17, 1975, and a proud father to his daughters Sheena Aker and Trisha Wilkins. His love for his family extended to his mother Jeannette Palmi, his sister Kim Palmi, his son-in-laws, Scott Aker and Chad Wilkins, and grandchildren, Natalie and Peyton Wilkins. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Palmi, and brothers, Kenneth, Ronald, and David Palmi. His generosity, humor, and adventurous spirit touched everyone who knew him.
His legacy of laughter, love, and generosity will continue to resonate in the hearts of his family and friends. Please join us in celebrating Richard's life by sharing your memories and uploading photos of our beloved Rick to his memorial page.
Calling hours are Monday, April 21 4:00-7:00 PM at Brandon Funeral Home,305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg. A Funeral will be held Tuesday, April 22 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 84 Salem St., Fitchburg.
