Born in Wilmington, DE he was the son of the late Marie (Sargino) and Louis Reno. Richard was a member of the local Teamsters, and worked for Volkswagen at the Port of Wilmington for over 25 years until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at Rehoboth Beach with his family. Additionally, Richard was a big fan of the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Stephen Reno. He is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Figgs; his granddaughter, Rhianna Figgs; his brother, Louis Reno (Patsy) and sister, Marlene West (Michael).
A graveside service will be held at All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE 19808, on Wednesday August 3 at 12 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Faithful Friends, 12 Germay Drive, Wilmington, DE 19804.
