Richard Hinton "Tiny" Sexton, age 89, of Tollesboro, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born November 27, 1935, in Fleming County, Kentucky, son of the late Glen Conway Sexton and Magdelene Stanfield Sexton.
Tiny enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Lorena Mae Carver Sexton; one great-granddaughter, Bonnie Noland; four brothers, Estill Ray Sexton, Clinton Ray Sexton, Glen Sexton Jr., Randal Sexton.
He is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Jim Bob) Williams, Shawna Sexton (Marty) Voiers all of Tollesboro, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren, Tara Fry, Bobbee Williams Noland, Caleb Sexton Voiers, Magdalene Mae Stamper; 2 great-grandchildren, Betsy Noland, Evee Noland; two brothers, Boyd Sexton of Maysville, Kentucky, Dean Sexton of Rectorville, Kentucky; two sisters, Dorothy Lawson of Dalesburg, Kentucky, Blanche McVay of St. Petersburg, Florida, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Tollesboro Funeral Home, 11918 KY 57, Tollesboro, Kentucky, with Brother Milt Stanfield officiating. Burial will follow in Olivet Cemetery in Mason County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 10 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2025, until the service hour at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Marty Voiers III, Caleb Sexton Voiers, Devon Stamper, Mike Thomas, Bobbee Noland, and Johnny Kilgore will serve as pallbears.
Doug King, Gary McClurg and Tim Lawson will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Tollesboro Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Richard Hinton "Tiny" Sexton.
