Richard Donald Sinex
February 5, 1958 – November 18, 2024
Richard "Ricky" Sinex, passed away suddenly November 18, 2024, at Candler Hospital in Savannah, at the age of 66. His loss was completely unexpected, and his family is profoundly saddened.
Ricky is preceded in death by his parents, Robert David Sinex, Sr. and Rose Gertrude Sinex, as well as his brother Bobby Sinex and niece Amanda Page.
He is survived by two nieces Kristy Clark (Savannah, Ga) and Jaime Boyd (Port Wentworth, Ga). Ricky also leaves behind many beloved great nieces and nephews, friends who were like family and his two beautiful fur babies Diana and Dino.
Ricky worked for Servpro in Savannah, Ga for over 40 years. He was a hard worker and a jokester; he loved to try and make everyone laugh as often as he could. Ricky was caring, had a loving soul and was always there to lend a helping hand.
Ricky enjoyed going to the beach, listening to music, watching movies, collecting art, walking his dogs, and spending time with family and friends. Remembered for his kindness, humor and love of family, Ricky will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
His departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound, and it is gravely felt by his entire family and countless others who loved him. Although Ricky is gone, he will live in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Ricky's life will be held at a future date on Tybee Island.
