Richard George Spencer, born November 18, 1944, passed away peacefully at sunrise on the morning of October 9, 2025 surrounded by the inseparable love of his family.
Richard was preceded by his parents; Raymond and Doris Spencer.
He is survived by his son; Rick and his wife Figen, daughters; Tracy (Tim) McLaughlin and Patty (Mark) Clark, brothers; Larry (MaryAnn) Spencer and Tim (Liz) Spencer, sister; Kelly (Dennis) Worley. He was the proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on the 18th of October at his home surrounded by close family and cherished friends. In Lieu of gifts please donate to the Kerbela Shriners Organization for disabled children at 315 Kerbela Ave, Knoxville, TN 37920.

I´m am so sorry for your loss! I remember when my friends and I would go see Tracy, Debbie and Patty Mr Rick was always welcoming and funny to be around, except that one time when we brought Debbie home with a broken arm from skiing at Wolf Laurel. He wasn´t mad he was just worried.
May God wrap you all in his loving arms and that you find comfort in his Love~
