Richard Earl St. Aubin went peacefully into the arms of our Lord held tightly by his daughters on June 1, 2024 at 79 years old. Richard was born in Tucson, Arizona to Martha St. Aubin and the loving Hardy family on November 10, 1944. Richard began his floor-covering career as a carpet installer in high school. After years of learning the trade, he began his own company, Tucson Commercial Carpet Inc. in 1972 and it quickly became one of the most reputable flooring companies in Tucson.
Over the years he also became a successful real estate investor. He enjoyed staying busy buying, building, renting and selling commercial properties. His hobbies included restoring classic cars and hot rods, camping, boating, watching movies, looking for the next business deal he couldn't pass up and spending time with his family. Richard was well known for his wisdom, humor, honesty, generosity and humility. His pride and joy in life were his children and grandchildren.
Richard leaves behind his daughter Dana St. Aubin Page (Russell), daughter Chelsea Harrell (Anthony) daughter Cassidy St. Aubin Davis (Christopher), eight grandchildren, Makenzie, Bailey, Jaxon, Cameron, Jace, Quinn, Charlotte and Ty. He is preceded in death by his mother (Martha), brothers (Louie, Larry) and son (David).
His service will be held at the LDS Church located at 2002 N. Greasewood Rd, Tucson, Arizona 85745 on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Following will be a graveside burial at Binghamton cemetery, 4001 North Alvernon Way, Tucson, Arizona 85718.
In lieu of flowers, Richard would want you to pay it forward.
