Richard was the father of Jonathan Stilwell and his wife Brianna of Foxboro, MA; Jesse Stilwell and his wife Katie of Cumberland, RI; and Joey Stilwell and his wife Tayla of Foxboro, MA. He was the grandfather of Brooke, Aubrey, Jack, and Mia, who brought immense joy to his later years. Richard is also survived by his brother, Scott Stilwell and his wife Mary Gina of Marshfield, MA. He Also leaves behind five nieces and nephews.
Richard's humor and creativity will be missed by his family and friends. His legacy continues through his family and the memories they share.
Funeral services will be private.

Dear Fran, I'm so sorry for your loss of your husband Richard. We remember him as a kind man involved with his children and ours in youth soccer. Jesse, Katie, Jonathan, Brianna, Joey and Tayla, so sorry for the loss of your Dad and Father in law, and Grandfather to your little ones. Thinking of all of you. Laura and Mike Bradley
