Richard "Rick" Edward Webb, 67, of Anderson, went to Heaven on January 31, 2025, with his loving family by his side. He was born June 13, 1957, to Cecil Edward & Floyce (Young) Webb.
Rick graduated from Noblesville High School in 1975. After high school, he served his country in the U S Air Force. Rick was a proud sheet metal worker, working for SMW Local 20 for a number of years.
Rick married the love of his life, Rita Young, in 1992. He became a member of South Meridian Church of God where he had a passion for making sure the building and grounds were taken care of. He served on the Facility team and then became the building manager, retiring in 2022. Rick enjoyed camping with his family as well as fishing and playing pickleball with his family and wonderful friends.
Rick will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Rita, and sons, Nick (Amy Hughes) Webb and Clark ("CJ") Webb. Brothers: Robb (Nancy) Webb and Ron (Laurel) Webb. Five grandchildren: Sophia, Sara, Shelby, Cory, and Layla. Mother-in-law, Wanda Young, brothers-in-law Tom (Nikki) Young, and David Lewis. Nieces, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and his many special friends. He will also be missed by his faithful dog Maggie.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Sister, Suzie Lewis and father-in-law Duane T. Young Sr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2025, followed by the service at 4:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes and Crematory. The service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes and Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, IN with Pastor Steve Wimmer and Dale Landis officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA or the Madison County Humane Society.
