Richard (Dick) L. Weber, Sr., 82, passed away at his home April 14, 2025. He was born on August 12, 1942 to Arnum and Leona (Fisch) Weber. He married Susan (Sue) Zehren. They were blessed with 62 years of marriage.
Richard worked after high school hauling bulk milk for his father. He purchased the business and after several years sold it and worked for Bjugstad Trucking. The final 11 years of his working career he worked as a custodian for the Marshall School District. He retired in 2008.
Richard enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, gardening, and taking care of his lawn. He and Sue enjoyed travelling, golfing, and watching Wisconsin sports teams and local Marshall High School teams as well as attending events for their grandchildren.
Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years, Susan. Together they have 2 children: Richard Weber, Jr. and Rebecca (Dale) Kleven. They are proud grandparents of Cameron Kleven (Sam Kovac), Cassidy (Elijah) Patrick, Taylor Weber (Nate Jicha), Grant Weber, great-grandson Lennox Kleven, and bonus great-grandkids Destyn, Bennett, and Scotlynn. He is also survived by his sisters Patricia (Wayne) Reamer, Sharon James (Rusty Weihert), and Jackie (Tim) Haseleu. He was preceded in death by his parents Arnum and Leona Weber, his in-laws Marcella and Alphonse Zehren, his brother Robert Weber, three brothers-in-law: Delbert Anderson, Robert Zerhren, Donald Peters, sister-in-law Kathy Zehren, nephew Paul Zehren, and nieces Sandy Zehren and Tammy James.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Epiphany of the Lord Parish (St. Mary's) in Marshall. Visitation will take place at the church from 9:30am until the time of service. Burial will take place at a later date.
