Richard Wiktorowski Obituary
March 7, 1938 - August 19, 2023
Richard M. Wiktorowski, a native of Toledo, Ohio known affectionately by all, passed away on August 19, 2023, at 85 years old. He was a man of compassion and understanding who had love for others.
He was a graduate of Central Catholic high school, where he developed his artistic abilities. He acquired a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Toledo.
Richard moved to Flint, MI where he made his home for the last 50 years. He was very active at both Holy Redeemer, Saint Matthews Church, and he was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Richard was a teacher and head librarian for Bendel Senior high where he resided.
He is proceeded in death by his sisters, Carolene Wiktorowski and Mary Ellen Arthur; and niece, Tammy Lynn Fuzinski. Richard is survived by his sister, Joyce (John) Weithman, Joseph, Steven, Ann, and Mary Fuzinski; as well as many nieces and nephews; and great- nieces and nephews.
Richard will privately be laid to rest alongside his niece, Tammy Fuzinski, at Resurrection Cemetery, in Toledo, Ohio.
The family would like to thank Sister Mary Alice, Michelle Conroy and Sue Jones for the excellent care of Richard.
