Rick Kindrick

William Richard "Rick" Kindrick, had many great passions including flying his remote-controlled airplanes, hunting, fishing, working on and driving sports care and even cooking.
He passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024.
Rick was born on October third in 1955 to Louie Leroy Kindrick and Sarah Funderburg Kindrick.
He was reared and received his early education in White Hall, graduating from White Hall High School and later graduated from ITT Tech.
Rick was known to have many talents and hobbies. Some of his notable talents were car and airplane repair, rebuilding and painting. These were some of the things that brought him his greatest happiness in life. Rick was the owner of an airplane shop, known as "Big Red", at the Grider Field Airport in Pine Bluff for thirty years. He was a certified pilot and airplane mechanic as well as a Master Auto Mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Survivors include his mother, Sarah Kindrick; daughter, Abby Kindrick; sister Denita "Dee" Kindrick; his grandson, Brodie Allen Atkinson; two stepchildren, Benjamin Mitchell Plumlee and Bradley Franklin Plumlee and many cousins. Some special friends of Rick throughout his life were Randal and Becky Snow, Ron Warren and loving sister Malia Meeks.
The family extends a warm appreciation to the airport staff for their concern and help and to Lucky's and Mom and Pops Restaurants for being good friends to Rick.
