Rick E. Mepham

Rick E. Mepham, age 63, of Morenci, passed away in his home on Monday, October 27, 2025. He was born on October 12, 1962, in Adrian to Roger and Beverly (Borton) Mepham. On June 30, 1984, Rick married Karen Whipple in Adrian, and she survives.
For many years, Rick was a dedicated employee at Tecumseh Products, where he worked as a security guard until the company ceased operations in 2008. A true outdoorsman at heart, Rick found peace and joy in the woods. He was an enthusiastic hunter and an avid collector, with a particular interest in the lore of Bigfoot, which spoke to his adventurous spirit and curiosity about the unknown.
To cherish his memory, Rick leaves his wife, Karen; children, Erik (Jenna) Mepham and Kalie Mepham; two grandchildren, Trey and Taylor Mepham; seven of his closest siblings: Roger Mepham, Kelly Miller, Kim Meadows, Judy Brockway, Karen Mitchell, Debbie Howard, and Karen Wilks; as well as many other siblings.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents; four siblings, Ed Scott, Steve Studnicka, Joyce Pawson, and Cheryl Preston; and a nephew, Stevie Studnicka.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Marry Funeral Home in Morenci, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral services for Rick will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, beginning at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Porter Cemetery, Seneca.
