Ricky LeRoy Clinkingbeard, 69, of St. Paul Minnesota, passed away on April 15, 2025.
Ricky was born on August 14th,1955 in Jamestown, ND. He was a father to three children, including his son, Tanner, who predeceased him in May 2017. He graduated from Fergus Falls High School and continued on to receive an Electrical Engineering degree from Moorhead State University in Minnesota.
Ricky was known for his great sense of humor and wit, he brought laughter and joy to everyone around him. He spent much of his younger years traveling, exploring new places, and making memories along the way. A proud fan of the Colorado Buffaloes, he found joy in following their games, and his enthusiasm for the team was infectious.
Throughout his life, Ricky worked for several different companies, including Storage Tech, Pentax Technologies, and HOCOA. His career was marked by versatility and a deep commitment to the work he did, whatever the challenge.
Ricky is preceded in death by his mother and father, Edith and LeRoy Clinkingbeard; his sister Pamala Davis; and his son Tanner Clinkingbeard.
Ricky is survived by his two daughters, Milan Clinkingbeard (Michael) and Torrey (Xander) Andrade; his grandson, Macoy; his sisters, Debra Spain (Charlie) and Colleen Fode; as well as three nieces, five nephews, and many wonderful friends and family who loved him dearly.
A celebration of Ricky's life will be held in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota on May 30th, 2025 and one in Colorado this summer, more details to follow.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
